VP, Supply Chain
As VP of Libra’s Supply Chain, Vince is responsible for Libra’s comprehensive global Supply Chain strategy, including all aspects of SCM, purchasing and planning. Vince holds a degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and has nearly 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and leadership at a number of companies, including Swagelok. Vince is a graduate of Swagelok’s Leadership Development Program, and specializes in cost reduction, inventory management and supply chain execution while focusing heavily on continuous improvement, team development and personnel progression. Vince has been instrumental in integrating and standardizing supply chain, procurement and planning systems and best practices across all Libra facilities. Vince is motivated by his wife, son and daughter. Outside of work, Vince enjoys playing hockey and attending his children’s athletic events.
