Consulting – Troy Boteilho has 25+ years of experience in Quality Management and Improvement. He is a Certified ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, AS9110 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor. As a Consultant, Troy has assisted a variety of companies to implement and maintain value-added Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 and IATF standards.
Global Manufacturing and Quality Professional with 25 plus years of demonstrated management, implementation and technical expertise spanning the medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor, food processing and automotive industries. Focus on implementation and maintenance of quality system compliance certification including resource acquisition while maintaining on time project goals and budgets. Exceptional lateral management and team building skills through consulting and experience leading large matrix, medium and small organizations. Primary contact with notified bodies and customers in compliance activities.
Prior to joining Libra, Troy held Quality Leadership positions at Celestica, DWFritz Automation, GE Healthcare, Onboard Systems International, Sandvik Medical Solutions and BBA Fiberweb.
His last role was Global Quality Director for Celestica where he was responsible for quality at several sites throughout the world. In addition, Troy was key in new development projects in the Americas, Asia and Europe with the design and transfer of new product lines from established Tier 1 and start up companies.
Troy currently resides in Phoenix Arizona with his wife and near his two adult children. His passions outside of work include any outdoor activities (an avid hiker, rock climber, kayaker) and spending time with his family.
