Mayur Mundra is a seasoned finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, and retail markets.
He is a results-driven strategic partner known for building high-performing finance organizations, strengthening operational discipline, and driving profitable growth in both private equity–backed and public company environments. Mayur has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Finance at Sabre Industries and Division Controller (CFO) roles at Illinois Tool Works, where he led global, multi-site operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Throughout his career, Mayur has delivered meaningful improvements in EBITDA, working capital, and operational performance through data-driven decision making, business transformation, M&A integration, and process simplification. He brings deep expertise in P&L leadership, supply chain finance, strategic planning, and organizational redesign.
Mayur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University, with minors in Economics and Management.
