Corporate Director of Human Resources
As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Kim is responsible for leading the global HR team, with a focus on employee development, talent acquisition and employee relations strategies that represents the company’s culture and values. As a member of the executive team, Kim contributes directly to the strategic objectives of the organization while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization. Kim has over 20 years of HR/talent management experience with the last 10 years in key leadership roles. Prior to joining Libra, she was the Director of Global HR for a management consulting firm where she led their global HR initiatives for North America and the UK. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in management consulting, employee benefits, and marketing loyalty industries. In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling with her family, staying active in local TNR/feral rescue programs and reading mystery/thriller novels.
