Throughout his impressive career, Joe has held key roles in renowned companies, including Libra Industries, Adient, and Emerson. As Program Manager at Libra Industries, he managed three military-grade track robot platforms, significantly contributing to the company’s annual revenue. His ability to ensure customer satisfaction through seamless communication covering quoting, workflow, and quality performance is unparalleled.
At Adient, Joe served as Production Manager, where he successfully managed two high-volume racetrack-style foam lines and led a team of nine salaried employees and two hundred hourly employees. His strategic restructuring of the production team led to enhanced leadership, improved communication, and heightened accountability.
Joe’s tenure at Emerson showcased his prowess as a Machining Group Leader, where he expertly aligned the machining organization with strategic objectives. He championed a culture focused on customer needs, a quality mindset, and employee engagement, resulting in a thriving and efficient workspace.
Joe is educated with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He earned Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton, and his technical knowledge has been instrumental in implementing Lean principles and optimizing processes. His expertise in Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kanban, has been a driving force in improving productivity and reducing waste across various organizations.
