SVP, Operations
As SVP of Global Operations for Libra, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing services across all Libra locations. Jeff has an intense focus on operational execution and delivering consistently high levels of customer service excellence. His passion is in developing high performance teams that love what they do. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing, across a broad range of operational and business development roles. His last role prior to Libra was Vice President of Operations for Jabil, with global responsibilities. Jeff has had the responsibility for launching and restructuring a number of large operations around the world, with a number of expat assignments across Asia and Europe. Globally, he has managed a number of multi-billion dollar manufacturing operations. Jeff is a process driven leader who clearly understands that the greatest resource of our company is the talented people he has the privilege of working with every day. Jeff is an avid, albeit challenged, golfer and is working on returning to his passion of cycling. He and his wife Janet live in the Dayton area with their two dogs.
