A results-driven manufacturing and commercial leader with over two decades of experience in global contract manufacturing, cost engineering, and strategic growth execution. In his current leadership role, he oversees company-wide quotation strategy and cost estimation processes, developing standardized frameworks across PCBA, fabrication, machining, integration, and supply chain operations. He has successfully implemented data-driven pricing models, including the integration of AI technologies to enhance quoting accuracy, identify cost drivers, and improve global efficiency. His work has directly supported rapid company expansion, including acquisitions, new facility development, and long-term strategic planning.
Previously, as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, he transformed a documentation team into a fully functional engineering department within one year, led ISO 13485 certification efforts, and implemented advanced quality systems such as AS9102 and manufacturing performance audits. His leadership extended to supplier development, risk mitigation through component transitions, and workforce development through technical training programs.
During his tenure as Senior Global Quotation Manager at a leading multinational manufacturing firm, he managed complex global quoting strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia. He led cross-functional teams, negotiated supplier agreements across multiple commodities, and partnered with OEMs in highly regulated industries to deliver cost-effective, scalable production solutions. His expertise in DFM, NPI, and full production transfer played a critical role in operational success and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his corporate roles, he serves as an advisor to early-stage companies on manufacturing strategy, cost structures, and supply chain optimization. He is also a mentor to graduate students, focusing on real-world applications of manufacturing leadership and cost strategy.
