Senior Director of Account Management
As Senior Director of Account Management, Brandon Delerson is responsible for leading Libra’s account management strategy while helping standardize processes and best practices across all Libra sites to ensure consistent execution and exceptional customer support. Brandon has been with Libra for over 12 years and has held a variety of roles within the organization, including Mechanical Assembly Lead, Quality Specialist, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, Manager of Program Management, and now Senior Director of Account Management. His diverse experience across operations, quality, and program leadership provides him with a comprehensive understanding of Libra’s manufacturing environment and customer needs.
Brandon holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. Prior to joining Libra, he served six years in the United States Army as a Sergeant and Ammunition Specialist in the 101st Airborne Division, assigned to an Apache Battalion. During his military service, he completed two deployments to Afghanistan.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys staying active by going to the gym, attending church, watching sports as a Dallas Cowboys fan, and spending time with his family.
