Greg serves in a key leadership role at Libra Industries, as our Global Director of Continuous Improvement where he is responsible for driving lean manufacturing across the company’s global operations. Greg leads initiatives focused on strengthening operating systems, increasing productivity, and ensuring execution consistency across manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams. His work is centered on embedding disciplined, data-driven practices into everyday operations to enhance performance, elevate quality standards, and deliver greater value to customers.
With extensive experience in operational strategy and performance transformation within complex manufacturing environments, Greg brings a proven track record of implementing Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving frameworks. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional initiatives that streamline processes, reduce waste, improve throughput, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth. His ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable actions positions him as a key driver of operational excellence within the organization.
Greg’s leadership supports Libra’s longstanding reputation for precision machining, design and assembly expertise, and advanced PCBA manufacturing capabilities, including its Tier 1 EMS foundation in Guaymas, Mexico.
Greg operates in a hybrid capacity from Libra’s site in Dallas, partnering closely with teams across the enterprise to drive sustainable improvement and operational consistency.
