Ashley is a results-driven supply chain leader serving as Director of Supply Chain at Libra Industries, where she leads strategic sourcing, materials estimation, cost optimization, and supply assurance across multi-site operations.
She manages a significant multi-site spend and has delivered multi-million-dollar cost savings while strengthening supply continuity. Through her leadership of materials estimation, she drives quoting accuracy and cost competitiveness, enabling faster, more reliable customer proposals.
Ashley began her career at Libra nearly a decade ago as a Buyer and has advanced through planning and purchasing leadership roles, bringing a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of operations.
She brings extensive expertise in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), system integration, and complex box build environments, supporting customers across semiconductor, industrial, medical, aerospace, and defense markets. She is known for a data-driven, execution-focused approach that improves material margin, mitigates supply risk, and expands supplier capabilities.
At Libra, she leads cross-functional alignment across commodity management, engineering, program management, and operations, with a focus on early supplier engagement, commodity strategy, and scalable supply chain infrastructure. She also oversees supplier strategy, including relationship management, qualification, and performance monitoring, ensuring a high-performing and resilient supply base.
In addition to her role at Libra, Ashley serves on the Board of Directors for Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers.
