Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
Don joined Libra in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he leads all aspects of the company’s go-to-market strategy, revenue generation, and customer engagement to support Libra’s growth objectives while also serving as the voice of the customer across the organization.
Don brings more than 20 years of experience in the contract manufacturing industry, partnering with global customers across Aerospace, Defense, Semiconductor Capital Equipment, Industrial, Energy, and Automotive market segments.
Prior to joining Libra, Don held senior leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations at Venture Corporation, Plexus, and several Silicon Valley–based systems integrators.
He began his career at Arrow Electronics in operations and went on to hold multiple leadership positions including corporate semiconductor supply chain and marketing, as well as General Manager roles in both New York and Silicon Valley.
Don holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey. In addition to being a member of the Arizona Technology Council, Don gives back to his community, having served as Chair of the County Library Commission and as a board member of a Library Foundation.
