Senior Director, Precision Machining, Dayton
As Sr. Director of Libra’s PMC Operations in Dayton, Paul is responsible for all machining and operational execution, financial performance, team development, and strategy for PMC Dayton. Paul has over 35 years experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries. His experience ranges from an apprentice Tool & Die Maker to President of a forging company. He has had held a range of leaderships roles at GKN, MSP, American Axle and Manufacturing, and Alcorta, with responsibility for operational leadership and program launches across the US, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Germany and Italy. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool. Paul brings deep expertise in driving operational efficiencies. His passion is for developing highly collaborative, high performance teams. Born and raised in Liverpool, UK, Paul has lived in the US since 1992. He has 2 grown children, Charlotte and Jacob. Outside of work, Paul enjoys music, science and nature podcasts, and being outdoors with his Goldendoodle, Iris.
