VP, Cleveland Operations
As Vice President, Global Operations, Matt is responsible for the location’s financial and operational execution across all functional areas in addition to developing strategic direction for his operations. Under his leadership, Matt has created a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence for the Cleveland facilities. Matt joined Libra Industries in 2012, as a 2nd shift production supervisor, and has steadily progressed through various responsibilities to his current leadership role. His track record includes the identification and implementation of industry-leading technologies and processes, ultimately improving quality, cost and delivery. Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. He also carries certifications as a LSS Green Belt, C.I.S for J-STD001 and IPC-610, as well as ISO:9001 Internal Auditor. Matt serves in advisory roles for the Lorain County Community College Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems Degree program and SMTA Ohio Valley Chapter. At home, Matt enjoys spending time listening to music, gardening, cooking with his wife Nicole and raising their three children Keira, Gavin and Mara.
