Senior Director, Systems Integration, Dayton
As Sr. Director of Libra’s SI Operations in Dayton, Bruce is responsible for all operations, financial management, team development and strategy for Systems Integration, including all complex product assembly and clean room assembly in Dayton. With over 38 years in manufacturing, PCBA, box build and robotics, Bruce is a proven operational leader who specializes in organizational development and innovation. Bruce’s previous roles have ranged from test engineering through senior operations management with responsibility for large scale manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Libra, Bruce’s most recent role was Senior Director of Operations Development for Jabil. Bruce’s passion is in coaching, mentoring and developing teams. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and best friend, Judi, and their dog Maggie. His interests include classic cars, music, motorcycles and golf.
